316L Stainless Steel Sleeve

The Quick-Lock sleeve body is made of 316L stainless steel, SAE Steel Grade. With high corrosion resistance, it functions well in sewage water as well as potable water applications.

This sleeve will reinstate structural integrity and creates a new interior for the pipe with a smooth flow. Quick-Lock is NSF/ANSI 61 Certified for potable water.

EPDM Rubber Gasket

The vulcanized EPDM rubber gasket is the component that actually seals.

EPDM features excellent resistance against aging, ozone, environmental influences, and chemicals.

Quick-Lock Packers (Installation Balloons)

The Quick-Lock Packer can be mounted to a pipe inspection crawler that guides the system through the line and ensures precise placement of the sleeve.

The design of the packer provides uniform expansion pressure throughout the overall sleeve length to ensure that the gears run simultaneously during the installation process for the perfect fit.

Different packer sizes are available for specific installation diameter ranges.
